From order to delivery to invoice, without re-entry

The problem

Food and beverage runs on a rapid pace, precise production schedules, strict quality control and timely logistics, and this company was coordinating all of it across manual, disparate systems.

Perishable goods and tight daily production windows leave little room for the gap between an order arriving and a production schedule reflecting it.

Administration sat outside the operation entirely. Field agents' working time was registered separately, and bills and administrative documents were produced by hand from order data, which is both overhead and a reliable source of errors.

What we built

dev-UP engineered a bespoke Food & Beverage management platform that runs the operation from order placement to final delivery, with the administration inside it rather than alongside it.

Customer orders feed an order-to-production workflow that populates the daily production schedules automatically, so a placed order becomes a production batch without anyone retyping it.

Real-time capacity tracking and automated route optimisation handle the logistics side, and managers see the whole picture on a centralised dashboard.

Field agents log their working hours through a dedicated time registration module, and the platform aggregates order data and services delivered to generate accurate bills and the administrative documents that go with them.
