Build an app or web app

Your app, built on an agreed scope and a fixed price

We build web applications and mobile apps for organisations that need software made to fit how they work. Scope, deliverables, milestones and payment stages are agreed in writing before development starts, so you know what you get and what it costs.

Price
From €5.000, fixed for the agreed scope
Payment
In stages, tied to milestones
Bug fixes
2 rounds included

What we build

Typical projects

Software built around your processes, for your users, connected to the systems you already run.
  • Business platforms and dashboards

Portals that bring data, workflows and reporting together, with role-based access for each team.
  • Customer portals

Self-service for your customers, connected to the billing, support and CRM systems you already use.
  • Internal tools and automation

Replace spreadsheets, email chains and manual re-entry with one tool that fits how your team works.
  • Mobile apps

Apps for iOS and Android, on their own or as a companion to a web platform.
  • Products and MVPs

From idea to a first version real users can work with, built so it can grow afterwards.
  • Replacing an outdated application

A new build when maintaining the old system costs more than it is worth. Data migration can be part of the scope.

Process

How a project runs

Five steps from first conversation to live software. You approve the scope before we build, and each milestone before we move on.
  1. Discovery

We talk to the people who will use the software and work out what it has to do, what it connects to and what success looks like.
  2. Proposal and agreed scope

You receive a written proposal: the scope, the deliverables, the milestones, the price and the payment schedule. Nothing is built until you agree it.
  3. Build in milestones

We build one milestone at a time. Each ends with a demo of working software, so you see progress rather than a status report.
  4. Acceptance

You check each milestone against the deliverables in the proposal. Two rounds of bug fixes against the agreed scope are included in the price.
  5. Launch and what comes next

We take the software live. After launch you can continue with a support plan, plan a next phase, or run it yourself.

Engagement model

How the fixed price works

We agree on the project scope, deliverables, milestones and payment schedule before development begins. The fixed price applies to that agreed scope, not to unlimited changes. If you request additional functionality outside the agreed scope, we assess the change and provide an estimate for your approval before proceeding.

Agreed in writing before we start

  • The scope: which features and integrations are in, and which are not
  • The deliverables you receive at the end of each milestone
  • The milestones and the order they are built in
  • The price for the agreed scope
  • The payment schedule, tied to the milestones
  • How each milestone is accepted

Not covered by the fixed price

  • Features or integrations that are not in the agreed scope
  • Changes to something already accepted, unless it fails to meet the agreed deliverables
  • Third-party costs such as licences or hosting, unless the proposal lists them
  • Bug-fix rounds beyond the two included per milestone

Milestones and payment

You pay as working software is delivered

The project is split into milestones, each with its own deliverables. Payment stages are tied to those milestones and set out in the proposal, so every payment corresponds to something you have seen working.
  • Milestones

Each milestone is a usable piece of the software with its own list of deliverables, not a block of hours.
  • Demo and acceptance

At the end of each milestone you see a demo and check the result against the agreed deliverables.
  • Payment stages

The payment schedule follows the milestones and is fixed in the proposal before development starts.

Additional requirements

When you want something that is not in the scope

New requirements are welcome, and they never change your price without your approval.
  1. You ask for something new

A new idea halfway through is normal. Tell us, and nothing about the current plan changes yet.
  2. We assess the impact

We check what the change touches, whether it affects the agreed milestones, and whether it replaces something already in scope.
  3. You get an estimate

A written estimate of the cost and the effect on the timeline, before any work on it starts.
  4. You decide

Approve it and it is added to the plan. Decline it and the project continues on the original scope and price.

Budget

What does an app cost?

Every project is priced on its own agreed scope. To give you a starting point, these are the prices projects start from. Tell us what you need and we will give you a price for your project.

Starting prices

Web application
From €8.000
Mobile app
From €10.000
E-commerce platform
From €6.000
Headless CMS platform
From €5.000

Your price depends on your scope and is set in the proposal. Ask for a price for your project

What moves the price

  • The number of user roles and screens
  • Integrations with existing systems (ERP, CRM, payments, identity)
  • Whether you need web, mobile or both
  • Data migration from a system being replaced
  • Security and compliance requirements in your sector

FAQ

Questions about app projects

How can you give a fixed price before the software exists?

Because the price is for an agreed scope, not an open-ended project. Discovery and the written proposal are there to make that scope specific enough to price. If something is too uncertain to fix, we say so and propose how to handle it, for example as a separate first milestone.

What happens when our requirements change?

We assess the change, give you a written estimate of the cost and the effect on the timeline, and only start once you approve it. If you do not approve it, the original scope and price stand.

When do we pay?

In stages tied to the milestones, as set out in the proposal you agree before development starts.

Are bug fixes included?

Yes. After each milestone you get two rounds of bug fixes against the agreed deliverables, included in the price. Further rounds, or changes to what was agreed, are estimated first.

How do we know the project is on track?

Every milestone ends with a demo of working software that you check against the agreed deliverables. You see real progress throughout, not only at the end.

What happens after launch?

That is your choice. You can move to a support plan with us, plan a next phase as a new agreed scope, or have your own team take it over.

Can you build on top of software we already have?

Often, yes. If the existing code is in an unknown state, we usually recommend a software assessment first, so the proposal is based on facts rather than guesses.
