Objective
The project had a dual aim:

- Operational Intelligence: Build an integrated, secure dashboard to centralise membership data, content performance and system health replacing fragmented data flows with a unified source of truth that supports timely, data-driven decisions.
Challenge
We faced the challenge of balancing a high-performance public interface with a data-intensive backend. The public-facing part needed to be fast, responsive and easy to update, given ESOMAR’s global reach and content volume. Meanwhile, the dashboard needed to securely collect and present data from multiple systems (e.g., membership trends, event sign-ups, content engagement) in a way that’s intuitive, actionable and supports management’s use of insights.
