A public site and an operations dashboard on one platform

The problem

ESOMAR represents the data, research and insights industry internationally, and was trying to run a modern digital presence on legacy systems while managing vast amounts of content and member data.

Those systems limited efficiency, and made it hard to get timely information and actionable insights out to a global community.

Internally the picture was no better: membership trends, event sign-ups and content engagement each sat in a different system, so management had fragmented data flows rather than one source of truth to make decisions from.

What we built

dev-UP delivered a dual-purpose platform: a public corporate website for the membership, and an operational dashboard for the management team.

The website is built on a modern front-end framework and performs across devices, keeping tens of thousands of content items organised and discoverable: thought leadership, resources and events for a worldwide network of research and insights professionals.

The admin dashboard is a secure, modular interface with real-time analytics and customisable widgets, showing membership statistics, content consumption and event registration metrics side by side.

Together they replace the fragmented data flows with a single integrated system, which is what turns the numbers into decisions rather than reports.
