AI Discovery — know what to build before you build it

Most organisations do not have an AI problem. They have a prioritisation problem.

Two weeks to a decision you can defend

In two weeks we map your processes, identify where AI and automation actually pay back, and hand you a prioritised roadmap with an estimated cost and return per initiative. You finish with a scope you own — and the evidence behind it.

Duration2 weeks

DeliverableRoadmap document + 90-minute session

What you get

1

A mapped overview of the processes where time is currently lost

2

A prioritised shortlist of 3–5 opportunities, scored on impact and effort

3

A cost and payback estimate per opportunity

4

A technical architecture sketch for the top opportunity

5

A go/no-go recommendation — including where AI is the wrong answer

How the two weeks run

1

Week 1 — map the work

Sessions with the people who do the work, not only the people who describe it. We follow the processes end to end and record where time, rework, and waiting actually accumulate.

2

Week 2 — score and estimate

Each opportunity is scored on impact and effort, estimated on cost and payback, and the strongest one gets an architecture sketch so you know what building it would involve.

3

Hand-over — roadmap and session

You get the roadmap document plus a 90-minute session with your team to walk through the reasoning, the numbers, and what we would not build.

Start with the roadmap, not the build
