Orders off the paper trail and into one system

The problem
A traditional furniture business was running on manual processes, where every customer order became its own paper trail.
Crucial information sat scattered across disparate spreadsheets and physical files, so nobody had a single view of an order, the stock behind it or where either had got to.
That friction did more than slow the business down: it created a high risk of error, capped growth and cost customer satisfaction, at a time when shoppers expect a digital-first experience.
What we built
dev-UP built DC-Line as an integrated e-commerce platform, handling both sides of the business in one system.
Customers get an online storefront where they can browse a visually rich product catalogue and buy through a secure checkout.
The business side runs on an admin dashboard that manages orders, tracks inventory in real time and oversees operational logistics: a 360-degree view of the operation rather than a storefront bolted onto the old process.
A product is followed from the moment it is listed, through purchase, to delivery and post-sale follow-up, so order tracking is continuous rather than reconstructed.
The result
- Manual, error-prone processes are automated from listing through to delivery
- Full visibility into every stage of the sales pipeline, in real time
- Customers get a modern, seamless way to browse and buy
- A faster, more accurate and more robust way for the business to operate
