One dashboard for the whole school, from attendance to payments

The problem

A growing student body and faculty were being managed on outdated, manual processes.

Student enrolment was inefficient and payment tracking was difficult, because neither had a system built for it.

There was also no central place for administrators, teachers and parents to talk to each other, so communication happened wherever it happened. The school wanted out of fragmented, manual systems and into one platform.

What we built

dev-UP built Madrassa, a school management platform that puts every part of running the school on one dashboard.

Administrators manage school creation, user roles and financial oversight from that dashboard. A custom subject creation system supports exam, memorisation (Hifd) and level-based progress tracking.

Attendance has its own tracker, payments run through a system that supports partial payments, appointments have a scheduler, and an integrated chat carries the communication that used to have nowhere to live.

Parents get a dedicated dashboard to follow their child's academic progress and attendance and receive notifications. Behind all of it, a global logger gives deep insight into backend activity for stability and maintenance.
